Get-e is a fast-growing international travel-tech scale-up, and since 2019 we have been backed by venture capital. As a core business, we provide smart transportation management solutions for leading global travel brands. Recently, Get-e added hotel room management for airline crews to its portfolio. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for new talent who can create the best user experience for our customers.


We provide top-notch B2B service to our customers all over the world. You are the first point of contact for B2B customers and transport suppliers. You deliver quality checks for the bookings, assess the needs of our customers and suppliers, and communicate on a business level over the phone, via email, and by chat. You identify areas of improvement and think along about possible solutions.


- You are a 3rd or 4rd year student in a relevant study at a minimum level of HBO.

- You are eager to learn.

- You have strong communication skills (Fluent in English is required).

- You see opportunities for improvement and further expand our services, knowledge, and specialties.

- We support our customers 24/7/365 anywhere in the world. You must therefore be available to work early and late shifts.
