Mission of the job:Report and analyze all Customer Experience results from all Stellantis brands which will have to lead to insights and improvements of the
Customer Experience results (in terms of customer satisfaction NPS).
Key activities of the job:

- Create, report and analyze Customer satisfaction results for all our 8 brands.

- Analyze the CSI results and pro-actively come up with actions to improve with a focus on Sales and Aftersales Customer Experience.

- Analyze the Mystery shopping results and pro-actively come up with actions to improve with a focus on Sales and Aftersales

- Customer Experience.

- Report the monthly Threshold for Customer Satisfaction to display the dealers scoring below the threshold.

- On a quarterly basis report the Quality bonus brand per brand and dealer per dealer based on the commercial policy.

Profiel

Who are you?

- Minimum Bachelor Degree or about to get one (HBO)

- Team worker

- Analytical and pragmatic

- Data driven

- Experienced working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel (macros)

- Experienced with Database management

- You are available to start an internship from September onwards for a period of at least 5-6 months.
