Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
You will be part of the Mizuno Central Region HR team, were you will be involved in all daily organizational aspects of Human Resources for the Central region (Benelux and Germany/Austria). Our team consist of the HR Officer and HR Business Partner.
Based on the HR strategy, you will learn to develop and execute processes, procedures and smart HR tools for the Mizuno employees in our coverage area Benelux and Germany/Austria. You come up with ideas for new online employer branding activities, labour market communication and employee experience. You will work with the HR colleagues from the EMEA region, our managers and employees and our external partners. You will be able to learn about the main HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and internship programs, Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefit projects etc. The jobtype is hybrid, so we work mixed from home and in-office but have the opportunity to give daily guidance and support; let's discuss the options!

Profiel
We are looking forward to meet you if you are:
Studying for Human Resources Management for bachelor degree at a Hogeschool in The Netherlands from September 2022 onwards in 3rd year (full-time working position).
Passionate about sports and people
Fluent in the English language, both in speech and writing and preferable German language. Dutch is a strong plus but not required.
Able to work with MS Office applications
Analytically skilled and eager to learn
Available for a minimum of 4 months
*You will need to hold an EU passport in order to qualify for this internship
